WOD 4/10

 
Today

45 minutes of running at a good pace. Every 2 minutes, stop running and perform 5 push-ups and 5 squats.

Make sure your run pace is maintainable! Time does not stop for the push-ups/squats, but those need to be done quickly! Challenge yourself!
