Wellness Challenge Update

Good Morning all!

I hope everyone had a pleasant 4th of July weekend and was able to squeeze some exercise in between hot dogs and fireworks.  Just a few things to clarify for the Wellness Challenge:

-You must drink eight 8-oz glasses of water EACH DAY of the week (7 days) in order to receive a point for this task.
-You must make your lunch EACH DAY of work week (5 days) in order to receive the two points for this task.
-  As long as you completed your bio-metric screening/physical this calendar year, you can still receive points.

Some new challenges/tasks that you can earn points for attending this week include:

FSFP CHALLENGE AND WOD

Today marks the start of the July FSFP Buckeye Wellness Challenge!  Make sure to keep track of your points with the log found in the FSFP gym or email sent out on Monday.  Good Luck!

WOD-7/1/14

The "Jailhouse 10" got its name because its an easy work out to do in a jail cell.  So while I assume none of our readers are currently in jail, this is a great workout for hotel rooms, basements, living rooms etc. (when getting to the gym is out of the question).  The following uses burpees, but these can be replaced with pushups (regular or modified), body weight squats, pullups, lunges etc.

Do 10 burpees
Walk across the room and back
Do 9 burpees
Walk across the room and back
Do 8 burpees
Walk across the room and back
Do 7 burpees
Walk across the room and back
Do 6 burpees
Walk across the room and back
Do 5 burpees
Walk across the room and back
Do 4 burpees
Walk across the room and back
Do 3 burpees
Walk across the room and back
Do 2 burpees
Walk across the room and back
Do 1 burpee
