10 minutes AMRAP
(As Many Rounds As Possible--go as fast as you can to get as much done in the ten minute time frame)
10x weighted squats
15x DB rows
6x weighted step-ups/leg
5x pull-ups
10 minute AMRAP
20 jumping jacks
0.25 mile run (just keep the treadmill going even when you are not on it)
10x push-ups
Take ample rest between the AMRAP's to ensure you give it your all! These workouts are meant to leave you completely drained at the end of ten minutes.
