Appropriate for today. Let's celebrate today by beginning it with a workout!

Today

20 minutes
Every minute, on the minute.
Even minutes: 5 push-ups/ 5 DB Shoulder press
Odd minutes: 5 squats/ 5 lunges/leg

Every 5 minutes, stop the clock and run 0.5 miles.

then perform 5 max plank holds.
