Our first session! We hope all who came enjoyed the workout.
Warm-up/Introduction of the workout
Circuit training! Each exercise is performed as much as possible for one minute, and then immediately following one minute, the person begins the second exercise. Therefore, each circuit should last three minutes total. The whole circuit is performed twice, rest ONLY AS NECESSARY. You are your own worst enemy when it comes to gauging the amount of rest you need. Push it!
Circuit 1

-Bodyweight squats
- Biking/running
Circuit 2
-Lunges
-Pull-ups
-Biking/running
Circuit 3
-Planks
-Military Press
-Biking/running
