Workout of the Day 1/9

Warm up on a bike or a treadmill

Workout 
You are allowed to split up the work in each round. Can't do 10 push ups in a row? No problem! Do them in whatever amount you can, as long as you get all 10 done.
Round 1: 

2x20 bodyweight squats
2x10 push ups
2x 60 second planks
3 min moderate-high intensity biking/running

Round 2:

2x12 pull ups
2x 15 lunges
4 min moderate-high intensity biking/running

Round3:

Bike/Run for 1 minute (high intensity)
20 jumping jacks
Bike/Run for 2 minutes (high intensity)
20 jumping jacks
Bike/Run for 1 minute (high intensity)
20 jumping jacks
