-perform the following however you see fit. You may split up the reps, and do the exercises in whatever order you wish. If you can't do all thirty of one exercise, do ten and then do a different exercise, and come back to it!
30x squats
30x push-ups
30x lunges/leg
30x pull-ups/pull downs
30x overhead press
30x jumping jacks
30x DB row
10 minute bike/run
