Workout of the Day 1/14

Happy Monday all!

Warm up, 5 min low intensity biking/running, 1 minute high intensity biking/running


10 rounds

5x pull-ups/pull-downs. If you use the pull down machine, use 30% of your bodyweight for resistance at the very least. (eg. 150lb man uses at least 45lbs of resistance)
10x squats
5x push ups
15x jumping jacks

Once you finish this, perform 3 sets of planks, at 75% of your max plank time (eg. if the longest you can do a plank is 60 seconds, do these for 45)

Cool down on whichever cardio machine you did NOT use before.
