WOD:

5-10-15x of....

Body-weight squats

Push-ups

Step-ups

DB rows

*go in order, completing each exercise 5 times, 10 times, etc.

10 minutes high-intensity cardio. PUSH IT!

15-10-5x of....

Pull-ups/pull downs

 Lunges

Shoulder Press

Body-weight squats
