Today's workout will be a bit different than most...
Instead of doing a lot of strength work, we will instead be focusing on cardiovascular work!
The workout is to be performed as follows;
10 minutes running/biking (high intensity!)
10 jumping jacks
8 minutes running/biking (HI)
20 jumping jacks
6 minutes running/biking (HI)
30 jumping jacks
4 minutes running/biking (HI)
40 jumping jacks
2 minutes running/biking (HI)
Cool-down.
