Happy Thursday! Looks like the cold temperatures are making their way back, make sure you stay warm!
Today:
10 minutes cardio
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of the following:
-Pull-ups/downs
-Lunges
-Push-ups
-Squats
Between each set (so after doing 21 of the above 4 exercises, for example) perform 25 jumping jacks and 1 plank at 80% of your max plank time.
Challenge? Hold on to 20-30lb dumbbells for the ENTIRE weight-lifting portion. Hold one between your feet for pull-ups, but don't hold them for the jumping jack/plank portion.
