Already Wednesday, keep up the pace folks!


5 minutes cardio

50x squats

5 minutes cardio

25x push-ups
25x pull-ups/downs

5 minutes cardio

50x lunges

5 minutes cardio

4x planks 75% max time.

5 minutes cardio

Challenge? Try 100 reps instead of the above listed. (100 squats, push-ups, pull-ups/downs, etc)
