This one is in the format of an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) in two 10 minute increments.
First 10 minutes
try to get as many STEP UPS and PUSH UPS as you can in that amount of time.
Last 10 minutes
try to get as many SQUATS and SHOULDER PRESSES as you can in that amount of time.
