Today

Deadlift demonstration and work!
Spending time working on the form and posture associated with the deadlift

After...big weight day!!

6 rounds
Box squats with bar - 8-12 reps
8x push-ups - make these difficult
1x max plank
Heavy DB weighted lunge 8x/leg
Heavy pull-down - 8-12 reps
