As you have likely noticed, I have been incorporating a lot more running into the workouts. The reason for this is to prepare you all for the wonderful spring we are about to have, and with it the great outdoor running weather. You should all be running regularly in the spring!
Today:
30 minute EMOM (every minute, on the minute)
Every even minute
10x push-ups
10x squats
Every odd minute
10x DB shoulder press
10x walking lunges
Every ten minutes (stop your clock for this, then resume at minute eleven after)
Perform a 0.5 mile run.
I am beginning to see a lot of progress in the people who have been following these exercises, keep it up!!
