WOD 2/28

  


This is what is know as a "Chipper." It is a large volume of work set up in a single round format. Attack it how you see fit! If necessary, split any part of it up.

Warm up

Complete for time;

75x push-ups
75x squats
75x pull-ups
2 mile run
