It has been a crazy few days for me, and I apologize for not posting the past few days. Hopefully now I can get back into my regular routine and post normally!

Count this one for the late-Monday exercisers, as well as the Tuesday morning folks.

0.25 mile run

#2 - 40x weighted lunges/leg
40x DB row
1x max plank
0.25 mile run

#3 - 25x weighted step-ups/leg
40x push-ups
1x max plank
0.25 mile run
