Happy Thursday!

Today

8-16-24-16-8 of....

DB Shoulder press
DB row
Weighted squats
Weighted lunges
Push-ups
Pull-ups


Try heavier weights today! The smaller number of reps means that you should be adding more weight to these movements. Using 5lbs? Try 8-10lbs today, and maintain good form!
