(advanced: do both exercise, every minute for 10 minutes.)

10x pull downs
12x shoulder press
15x lunges (per leg)
1x plank
10x step-ups (per leg)
(advanced: use heavy weight and move through the workout with little to no rest)
10 minute cool-down cardio
