Happy Friday folks!

Make today count!


Start with 20 minutes cardio, keep the intensity up!

Perform the following in any format you choose:

5 rounds of...

--10x lunges
--10x push-ups
--10x squats
--10x pull-ups/downs
--10x step ups
--10x overhead press

15 minutes cardio, high intensity

Want a challenge? Perform the exercises above on a timer and see how quickly you can finish! Post times on white board or here.
