WOD 2/20



Morning! Let's try something different today...



Warm up


lunge down and back across floor

70 push-ups (you may break them up)

20x jump squats 

1 mile walk/run

  1. Brian, thank you for this exercise. I meant to ask you for some combinations that do not require any special equipment (like dumbells) and can be done at home. I marked this one down. Please post more every now and then as I will be on the look out for them.
