WOD 2/12

 


Today:

 10 minutes cardio

30 minute EMOM (Every minute on the minute)

5 minutes of: 20 squats

5 minutes of: 20 dumbbell row

5 minutes of: 20 weighted step-ups

5 minutes of: 20 push ups

5 minutes of: 20 lunges

5 minutes of: 45 sec plank (can be broken up if need be)

Challenge? Do each workout in order for time. So minute 1, squats, minute 2, row....minute 6, back to squats!



Get outside and enjoy the temperate weather!
