30x push ups
30x step ups
30x pull-downs/ups

10 minutes cardio

20x squats
20x push ups
20x step ups
20x pull-downs/ups

10 minutes cardio

20x squats
20x push ups
20x step ups
20x pull-downs/ups

Want a challenge? Instead of a 30-20-20 repetition scheme, try 60-50-40!

Train hard, and challenge yourself!
