Happy Thursday! Morning Mix-up attendees, I think you will like this one!
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A WATCH OR A CLOCK NEAR YOU
Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes, perform...
--10x squats
--10x jumping jacks
(ready for a challenge? try 20x squats with 12 push-ups in the same format)
*so at 0:00, do the above, then at 1:00, and 2:00, and 3:00 and so on. The faster you finish, the more time you get to rest!
5 minutes of high-intensity cardio
--25x push ups
--lunge from one end of the room to the other
(challenge? lunge around the entire room and perform 25x push ups at one end, and 50 jumping jacks at the other.)
10 minutes of high-intensity cardio
--30x pull-downs/pull-ups
--2 sets of 15x overhead press
(challenge? 3 sets of ...15x pull-ups/pull-downs, 15 overhead press, and it must be finished in under 2:30, or you must perform 100 jumping jacks)
5 minutes of high-intensity cardio
4 sets of planks, for 75% of max time.
