Good Morning all!
I hope everyone had a pleasant 4th of July
weekend and was able to squeeze some exercise in between hot dogs and
fireworks. Just a few things to clarify
for the Wellness Challenge:
-You must drink eight 8-oz glasses of water EACH DAY of the week
(7 days) in order to receive a point for this task.
-You must make your lunch EACH DAY of work week (5
days) in order to receive the two points for this task.
- As long as you
completed your bio-metric screening/physical this calendar year, you can still receive
points.
Some new challenges/tasks that you can earn points for
attending this week include:
Yoga
Paddleboarding (current class full, but if interested you can reserve a spot in
the next class)
*All are worth one point
